Lying between the centres of Klagenfurt and Villach, it is close to the motorway, railway and airport making it easily accessible from all over Austria. The kilometre-long, traffic-free flower promenade on the peninsula stretching into the warmest alpine lake is ideal for strolling at any time of the day. Pörtschach is not only perfect for holidays, but also for combining business with pleasure as it has excellent conferencing facilities.
